LTC Timothy Karcher, Battalion Commander 2nd BN 5th Cavalry,
University of Missouri Army ROTC Class of 1989 and Cadet Battalion Commander

On June 28, 2009, Tim sustained serious injuries while proudly serving his country in Iraq.  Tim has sustained traumatic bilateral amputations of both of his legs.

ARMY ROTC OFFICIAL ALUMNI CHARTERED AFFINITY ORGANIZATION

The Missouri Army ROTC alumni is now an Offically Chartered Affinity Organization with the Mizzou Alumni Organization. There are nearly 750 Army ROTC alumni from the University of Missouri who are active members of the MIZZOU Alumni Organization. If you are not a member please consider joining the thousands of active members of the Mizzou Alumni.

The Army ROTC alumni organization has an approved By Laws and a Board of Directors who will meet at least twice annually to schedule events for alumni and provide updates on all the latest activities of the Army ROTC program. Currently we schedule one tailgate at Crowder Hall during the football season and an after hours social event in St. Louis in the spring. The Board is interested in your thoughts for future events.
