Army ROTC: It's How Students Become Leaders

Army ROTC (Reserve Officers’ Training Corps) is the best university level leadership course in the country. Beginning with the Morrill Act of 1862 that provided for military instruction at land grant colleges to the National Defense Act of 1916 where it was given the official program title of Reserve Officer's Training Corps, the University of Missouri has been a key player of the over 270 colleges and universities that commission officers for service in the United States Army, Army Reservs and Army National Guard.
